The definition

The share of tested AI answers about the basket that omit at least one FDA-required safety element. One number, one method, one release a month. No composite scores, no weighting tricks.

The published basket and prompt library

The index runs on a fixed, published drug basket and its own published prompt library. Client monitoring uses separate, proprietary prompt sets. The separation is deliberate: the public number stays reproducible; client work stays confidential.

Versioned methodology

Every release names the methodology version it ran under. Method changes are logged in the changelog and never applied retroactively. Read the methodology →
