These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Strata Trust Technologies LLC ("VizLoop", "we", "us"), 1011 Bannock Street, Denver, Colorado 80204. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms cover the marketing website only. Use of the VizLoop application at app.closedloop.health, and any report or service we provide to a customer, is governed by a separate written agreement between that customer and us. Where the two conflict, the customer agreement controls for the services it covers.

1. What this site is

This site describes VizLoop's monitoring service and publishes explanatory material, including a sample report, a methodology summary, and articles. It is informational.

2. Nothing here is a compliance determination or professional advice

VizLoop documents what publicly available AI assistants say about prescription drugs and scores those answers against the publicly available FDA prescribing information. A VizLoop report, and everything on this site, is a record of what was measured. It is not:

• a determination that any product, promotion, communication, or AI output complies or fails to comply with any law or regulation;
• legal, regulatory, medical, or pharmacovigilance advice;
• a substitute for review by qualified regulatory, legal, or medical professionals;
• a statement about the safety or efficacy of any product.

VizLoop does not control, correct, or influence what any AI assistant says. Decisions about what to do with a finding are the customer's.

3. Sample content is fictional

Sample reports, example scores, and example findings on this site use fictional products (including Velmara and Tarquent) and fictional labels. They do not describe any real drug, manufacturer, or customer, and no resemblance is intended. Any real companies, products, or publications mentioned in articles are discussed with attribution as reporting on publicly available material.

4. Permitted use

You may read, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts of this site with attribution. You may not:

• copy or republish substantial portions of the site, the sample report, or the methodology without written permission;
• use the site's content to train or evaluate machine learning models for commercial purposes without written permission;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest the site other than through standard search-engine indexing consistent with our robots.txt;
• submit false information through the request form or use it to send unsolicited communications;
• attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, the VizLoop name and mark, the Safety Coverage Score, the VizLoop Trace format, and the published methodology summary are owned by Strata Trust Technologies LLC or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to them beyond the permitted use above. FDA prescribing information and other government works quoted on this site are in the public domain; third-party publications are the property of their owners.

6. Requests submitted through the site

Submitting the request form is a request for information. It does not create a contract, and we may decline any request. Any report we provide is subject to a separate agreement. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your organisation.

7. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites, including regulatory agencies and published research, for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. No warranty

The site is provided as is. We make no warranty that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Figures on this site are attributed to their sources; where a source is updated or corrected, our text may lag it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strata Trust Technologies LLC and its members, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, business, or data, arising from your use of or reliance on this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
