This policy describes what Strata Trust Technologies LLC ("VizLoop", "we", "us") collects when you visit this website, why, and what choices you have. It covers the marketing website only. The VizLoop application at app.closedloop.health is governed by a separate agreement and privacy notice provided to customers.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. If you use the request form, we collect the fields you complete: name, work email address, company, and the product you name. We use this to respond to your request and, if you ask us to, to prepare a report. We do not require an account to read anything on this site.

Information collected automatically.Visitor analytics is disabled on this site. We do not load a visitor analytics beacon. Cloudflare still processes requests to host and secure the site.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested, user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Those logs are retained by Cloudflare according to its own policies and are not used by us to identify visitors.

Information we do not collect. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell personal information. We do not buy data about visitors to enrich what you give us on this site.

3. How we use it

• To respond to a request you submit through the form.
• To prepare and send a report you asked for.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
• To keep the site secure and operating.

If you submit the form, we may contact you by email about the request. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address in section 1.

4. Public information and reports

VizLoop scores publicly available AI assistant outputs against publicly available FDA prescribing information. Preparing a report does not require any data from you beyond the product name and an address to send it to. Example reports published on this site use fictional products and do not describe any customer.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to requests, under terms that limit their use of it: Cloudflare (hosting, security, form delivery) and our email provider. We do not share form submissions with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. Retention

Form submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. Visitor analytics is disabled; no new visitor analytics data is collected by this site.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data or its use for targeted advertising or profiling. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

EEA and UK residents. This site is directed at customers in the United States. If you contact us from the EEA or UK, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and you have the rights set out in the GDPR and UK GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, write to the address in section 1. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

8. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including transport encryption and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites, including FDA and published research. Their privacy practices are their own.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
